We provide shipping across Morocco, with different options based on location:
• Express Shipping (24 hours): Available for major cities such as Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fes, Tangier, Agadir, and other key locations.
• Standard Shipping: Available for other areas and remote locations, with delivery times of 2-5 business days, depending on the address.
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders with express shipping are processed on the same day if placed before [Specify a time, e.g., 12 PM].
3. Shipping
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over 600 MAD.
4. Failed Delivery or Delays
• If the courier is unable to deliver your order, a second attempt will be made, or you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
